THE wave of success continued for Workmens Club bowlers Trevor Schram and Mark Sheppard who have picked up titles in the last couple of weeks.
This time, they were joined by Brian Judge and John Frame to make up a winning fours team.
The quartet combined to perfection to take out the District Fours title at Hazelbrook by seven shots over the Lawson team.
They played some excellent bowls on their way to the final accounting for two Workmens Club teams and then had a tussle in the semi finals when they took on the team of Jim Lahache, Rick Slaven, Frank Mierzak and Gil Mendoza and got up by two shots to advance to the final.
The win gives the Workies Club another district title and are now considered one of the strongest clubs on the Mountains.
Last Saturday was a wash out with no pennants played in the district.

Some of the district pairs were played on Sunday so could the winners please check the board to see where and who their opponents will be be.
The Black Diamond will be played on Easter Saturday and Sunday, March 30 and 31.
It is always a great tournament, so to the bowlers in the district if you are free that weekend, get a team together and come along.
There will be raffles and lunch will be provided with your entry fees.
